Student Policy – Chloe’s Beauty Academy

At Chloe’s Beauty Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality training in a professional and supportive environment. To ensure the best experience for every student, we ask that all learners follow the guidelines outlined below.

Attendance and punctuality are essential. All students are expected to arrive on time for their training sessions. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class, as this disrupts both the teaching and the experience of other students. Full attendance is required across all training days. If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact the academy as soon as possible. Missed sessions may need to be rebooked and could incur an additional cost, depending on course availability.

Students are required to present themselves in a professional manner. We ask that all learners wear suitable attire, preferably tunics or salon scrubs. Hair should be tied back neatly and minimal jewellery worn. Closed-toe footwear must be worn at all times for health and safety reasons.

Professional conduct is expected at all times. Chloe’s Beauty Academy is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, fellow students, or models will not be tolerated. Mobile phones should be kept on silent throughout training and only used during designated breaks unless otherwise permitted by the trainer.

All course fees must be paid in full before training begins, unless a payment plan has been arranged and approved in writing. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations made within seven days of your scheduled course will result in the loss of fees, as we allocate resources and models based on confirmed bookings.

Students may be required to provide their own models for practical training and assessments. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their model is suitable for the treatment being taught and arrives on time. If a student is unable to provide a model, we encourage them to contact the academy in advance — we may be able to assist where possible.

Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the full course. This includes both practical training and any theory work, case studies, or assessments required. Certificates will be issued in the name provided at enrolment, so students should ensure all personal details are correct at the time of registration.

Health and safety are a top priority. All students must follow the academy’s health and safety protocols at all times. If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs, please inform us before attending so we can make appropriate arrangements. Any accidents or concerns should be reported to a member of staff immediately.

We ask students to treat academy property with care. Damage to equipment, training kits, or the premises may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the student responsible. All course materials remain the property of Chloe’s Beauty Academy unless stated otherwise.

Photography and video content may be captured during training for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any marketing content, please let us know in writing before the start of your course. Students are welcome to take photos of their own work and share them on social media, but we kindly ask that they tag or credit Chloe’s Beauty Academy when doing so.
